The idea of the Lancaster Consignment Crawl was sparked over a decade ago when Cristina Klausmair, owner of Deja Vu Consignment Boutique, attended a tour of consignment shops as part of a national resale conference (NARTS).
The tour was created as a behind-the-scenes learning tool for industry professionals, but Cristina immediately started to envision something bigger; a collaborative celebration of consignment boutiques right here at home.
In early 2026, she teamed up with her daughter-in-law (and Deja Vu store manager), Sarah, to bring the Consignment Crawl to life.
We live and breathe this industry, and love sharing it with others every day, which is what makes the Crawl so special to us.
The Crawl is about discovering new neighborhood boutiques, meeting passionate small business owners, and making memories with loved ones. There is no set route; we invite you to slow down, enjoy the road trip, and enjoy some well-deserved retail therapy at your own pace.
Thanks to the overwhelming response to our first crawl, we have expanded the fall crawl into a three-day event.
The fall crawl brings together 11 of Lancaster County's favorite consignment shops for a sustainable shopping adventure.

No, the crawl is a self-drive event. Drive at your own pace, and visit the featured boutiques and local refuel partners in whatever order you and your crew prefer.
You will receive a confirmation email after your online purchase. Please save this email and show it to your first crawl stop to claim your physical guidebook.
Each of the 11 featured boutiques will be offering their own unique VIP Perk for crawl participants. Simply show their team your official Crawl guidebook to unlock their surprise perk!
Yes, your ticket gives you access for the entire weekend. Please note the following stores will be closed on Sunday: Closet 2 Closet, Fashion Cents - Ephrata, and Fashion Cents - Strasburg.
While it's *technically* possible to visit all 11 stores in just one day, we recommend planning for at least two days to give yourself adequate time to really experience each stop.
